Description
xSatoshi Yagisawa is a Japanese novelist whose stories find connection and change in familiar neighbourhood settings.
A café on a quiet Tokyo side street brings together people carrying memories, hopes and uncertainties. In three linked stories, a longtime customer revisits her first love, a childhood friend of the owner's daughter struggles with unspoken feelings, and a burned-out illustrator meets someone who changes her direction. Their experiences unfold around a familiar place where ordinary encounters can have unexpected effects. Returning to the Torunka Café, this collection explores connection and the small changes that help people look at their lives differently.
