Middle East's biggest English Bookstore!
Description
xNovelist Genki Kawamura and tidying expert Marie Kondo bring storytelling and reflections on possessions to this collaboration.
Professional tidier Miko has an unusual ability: she can hear the objects in a room speak. Clothes, books, kitchen drawers and familiar possessions reveal memories that their owners have not always recognised. With help from her talking box Hako, Miko turns a practical task into a way for people to reconnect with themselves and those they love. These short stories draw on the experience of tidying rooms, combining a whimsical idea with reflections on attachment, memory and deciding what matters.
